[pt] Esta Política de Segurança e Privacidade enuncia as formas de recolha e utilização dos dados pessoais dos associados, assim como as medidas de salvaguarda e segurança adotadas no tratamento dos mesmos.

O Gear Club Portugal reconhece a importância da privacidade.

 

Ao preencher este formulário e registar-se, de livre vontade, como associado do Gear Club Portugal, declara, para os efeitos previstos no disposto no artigo 13º do Regulamento Geral de Proteção de Dados (EU) 2016/679 do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho de 27 de abril de 2016 (Regulamento Geral Proteção de Dados), o seu consentimento para o tratamento dos seus dados pessoais contidos no formulário “Candidatura a Associado” do Gear Club Portugal [GCP], com a estrita finalidade para os efeitos previstos no processo assinalado neste documento, e durante o período de tempo que durar a sua permanência como associado efetivo do clube, acrescido de cinco anos, sendo que, neste último caso, os referidos dados poderão ser conservados para efeitos de investigação científica ou histórica ou fins estatísticos, sem limite temporal, desde que anonimizados, pseudonimizados ou cifrados de forma a deixarem de revestir a natureza de dados pessoais para os efeitos da lei.

A presente declaração constitui título bastante para conferir autorização para o tratamento dos seus dados pessoais no processo assinalado neste documento. O GCP garante a confidencialidade deste processo, e bem assim, da documentação recebida e as informações transmitidas pelo Candidato a Associado serão utilizadas, unicamente, no âmbito referido neste processo e dentro dos limites estritamente necessários. 

 

Os dados pessoais, cujo tratamento se autoriza pela presente declaração, não poderão servir para quaisquer fins de comercialização direta ou outros de natureza comercial, incluindo a definição de perfis ou para quaisquer outras decisões automatizadas e poderão ser objeto de portabilidade nos termos do artigo 20º do Regulamento Geral de Proteção de Dados. 

 

O GCP compromete-se, no âmbito do processo apresentado, a cumprir o disposto na Lei de Proteção de Dados Pessoais, bem como na demais legislação aplicável designadamente, a não copiar, reproduzir, adaptar, modificar, alterar, apagar, destruir, difundir, transmitir, divulgar ou, por qualquer outra forma, colocar à disposição de terceiros os dados pessoais a que tenha tido acesso ou que lhes sejam transmitidas no âmbito deste processo.

General Security and Privacy Policy

[eng] This Security and Privacy Policy sets out the ways in which we collect and use personal data from members, as well as the safeguards and security measures we adopt in handling this data. Gear Club Portugal recognises the importance of privacy.

 

By completing this form and registering, of your own free will, as a candidate member to Gear Club Portugal [GCP], you declare, for the purposes provided in Article 13th of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), your consent to the processing of your personal data contained in the Gear Club Portugal "Membership Application" form, with the strict purpose set out in the process indicated in this document, and during the period of time in which you remain an effective member of the club, plus five years. In the last case, the specified data may be kept for scientific or historical research or statistical purposes, without a time limit, required that they are anonymised, pseudonymous, or encrypted in such a way that they no longer have the nature of personal data for the purposes of the law.

 

The present declaration gives consent to processing your personal data in the process indicated in this document. The GCP guarantees the confidentiality of this case, and of the documentation received. The information delivered by the candidate member shall be used solely for the purposes of this process and within the strictly necessary limits.

Personal data, which processing is authorized by this statement, may not be used for any direct commercialization or any other commercial purposes, including profiling, or for any other automated decisions, and may be subject to portability according to Article 20th of the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

GCP undertakes, within the scope of the presented process, to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as other applicable legislation, namely, not to copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, alter, delete, destroy, disseminate, transmit, disclose or, by any other means, make available to third parties the personal data to which it has access or that is transmitted to them within the scope of this process.
